The mortgage registration fee charged by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) is:

• 0.25% of the loan value

• Plus a fixed administrative fee of approximately AED 290

These are one-time fees paid at registration. In addition, a 4% DLD property transfer fee applies on the purchase price.
