• UAE nationals: up to 85% LTV for properties under AED 5 million; up to 75% for properties above AED 5 million

• Resident expats: up to 80% LTV for properties under AED 5 million; up to 70% for properties above AED 5 million

• Non-residents: up to 60% LTV

• Rented/investment properties: capped at 60% LTV regardless of residency
