• Age: 21 to 65 years (salaried); up to 70 years (self-employed)
• Minimum monthly income: AED 15,000 for salaried; AED 25,000–30,000 for self-employed
• Stable employment or business history of at least 6 months (salaried) or 2 years (self-employed)
• Good credit score — typically 650 or above on the AECB scale
• Debt Burden Ratio (DBR) not exceeding 50% of gross monthly income
• Valid residency (for expats) and standard KYC documents: passport, Emirates ID, salary proof, bank statements
